IRS – PACKAGED & PRE-QUALIFIED - PROCEDURES:

We operate a three stage best practise screening process for ALL our pre-qualified referrals, before generating a genuine sign-up.

STEP 1. Online vetting of full application and associate details. Cross reference verification of address and contact data with voters roll as well as current employment, income, expenditures and credit status via 'opt in' consent.

STEP 2. Full telecom vetting of application and summary details to re-check the original online application data – 15 to 20 minutes recorded telecall.

STEP 3. The final vetting stage is via a hard copy application (This may involve a home visit by our licensed agents) and is used to fully assess the client, determining whether a draft IVA/TD or DMP is ultimately achievable. In each case we adopt best practise, ensuring that the best advice is provided regarding the proper management of their debts.

Our effective online operating procedures coupled with our precise offline qualifying systems creates the prospect for the highest quality pre-qualified IVA/TD clients.

IRS – PACKAGED & PRE-QUALIFIED - CLIENT TYPE:

All referrals having undergone our three step vetting process are then assessed for suitable catchment related subscribed IP or DMP transfers. Most of the client base are made up of: Bank Employees, HM Forces, Police, Local Authority Officers, IFA’s & Finance Related. Generally individuals for whom bankruptcy is not an option due to their employment status. A number of clients are already in DM Plans showing serviceability but have requested an IVA or TD option as a more final resolve to their debt issues. Most clients are homeowners.

IRS – PACKAGED & PRE-QUALIFIED - CLIENT CAPACITY:

We currently have a capacity to service 190 pre-qualified IVAs/month and appx 83 pre-qualified Trust Deeds/month and appx 210 pre-qualified DMP/month these figures will rise by mid March 2010 through the efforts of our dedicated packaging support team.

Our busiest times for pre-qualified accruals are: (Jan – May) and (August – Nov).

IRS – PACKAGED & PRE-QUALIFIED - BOOKING & PURCHASING:

Booking and purchasing are made via your Area Manager. All orders are time batch stamped for distribution ranking. The pre-qualified referrals are delivered in batches of 3 & 5 packs to a total of 20 packs per IP or DM Co and subject to catchment demographics.

An IRS registered IP or DM Co can pre-book a predetermined catchment batch (Min 20) of pre-qualified referrals.

Numbers are restricted and subject to our terms. All pre-booked referrals are ranked behind our online daily consumer referral data purchases.

Purchasing is by account credit in advance payable on presentation of invoice to IRS accounts.

IRS – PACKAGED & PRE-QUALIFIED - COSTS & REPLACEMENT:

We charge (£POA)/Fully Pre-Qualified referral. There is a minimum purchase in batches of 20. Each pack contains a hard copy white label application, with a fully vetted and compliant referral client who is keen to have an IVA/TD or DMP actioned ASAP.

If a client fails to action an IVA or protected TD or DMP status then we refund or replace as per our terms.

The client group are our premium referrals and all clients have been (i) Net vetted by our online forms. (ii) Telesales call vetted by a staff member for 15 – 20 minutes. (iii) Fully qualified checks are made from hard copy application. Including a fully completed application and signed authority mandate to appoint an IP or DM Co. This may have involved a face to face fact find meeting with one of our area agency staff.

These referrals are individuals who most need the IVA/TD or DMP product.
