INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONERS:

We deal daily with various IP firms throught the UK referring regularly many hundreds of Corporate and Personal Insolvency cases, covering; (Liquidation Administration Pre-Pack Admin & Business Recovery) as well as (IVA's Trust Deeds Debt Plans for personal clients). We operate a system of online subscriptions with IP's matched to client referral postal codes.

IFA's:

We work with various IFA companies regarding client referrals for our Business & Insolvency Cover Plans. We also refer our clients who require advise regarding pensions, life insurance and other business and personal finance related matters.

SOLICITORS:

We contract out various legal matters concering our client base, particularly security registrations regarding property assets and the associate contracts related to each clients Business or Personal Insolvency Cover Plan. We also appoint various legal firms to deal with specific client cases regarding any court litigation actions raised against our clients in respect of their business interests, protected under the WestCorp umbrella of insolvency products.

ACCOUNTANTS:

We contract out accountancy work regarding compliance issues in respect of many of our clients business and personal tax issues that become related to their Insolvency Cover Plan. In particular matters covering asset disposals free from any insolvency liability.

ESTATE AGENTS - INSURANCE BROKERS:

We deal daily with many professional Estate Agents & Insurance Brokers as well as various Introducers and Affiliates, who use our online platforms in servicing client needs for our product range.
