WestCorp IT announces the development of a fully integrated (POS) application process for all online Insolvency Cover Plan products. Reducing quotation to offer times by 2 days.

WestCorp agrees to sell off "The Negotiators UK" platform and services to TPG.

WestCorp expands consultancy services with the addition of three new consultants covering the Midlands and Central London.

WestCorp announces a further expansion of white label site facilities for Network Providers. Providers can now access online tools that enable instant client quotations.

WestCorp announces a further corporate investment in Acquisitions UK Dot Com operating via (www.acquisitionsuk.com) a trading vehicle of WBABUK, with the provision of integrating back office and IT facilities for this trading partner.

09/01/2011:

WestCorp announce the appointment of the seventy third solicitor firm to our panel. We can now cover a comprehensive range of County Court and High Court claims and defences in litigation UK wide. We are capable of represent companies, partnerships, sole traders individuals and other organisations.

WestCorp announces the sale of full master licence rights to The Protect Group (TPG) for UK wide distribution of our Bizsafe and Housesafe Insolvency Cover Plans. Operating our online demographic domain portals, providing our unique services to professional service providers throughout the UK.

17/04/2010:

WestCorp announces a tie up with Network News Media (NNM) – Providing news story reporting portals for UK wide consumer and business related stories. Covering the bad practice operations of; banks, utilities, lenders, insolvency practitioners, mortgage providers, IFA's, accountants and solicitors.

08/02/2010:

With effect WestCorp are now offering our "High Demand Products" through the concept of WestCorp Area Consultancies - (WACs). WAC applicants are offered a plain English Agency Agreement format for designated UK wide Area Consultancies.

Accountancy Firms, Solicitor Firms, Estate Agents Insurance Brokers IFA's and Experienced Business Operators will be offered an exceptionally profitable introduction to the Insolvency & Debt Industry, together with a bespoke package covering their chosen catchment demographic.

WestCorp agrees to supply white label (Bizsafe & Housesafe Online - ICP's Livelink Systems) to three UK based Accountancy Firms with effect from March 2010.

03/11/2009:

WestCorp announces the launch of two new online products through the (DSUK) platform 'live link' - www.bizsafe.tv and www.housesafe.tv.

Both of these products offer DIY online Insolvency Cover Plans (ICP) for business owners and consumers, to protect all their business assets and home equity from future problems. These products now allow individuals to setup themselves a bespoke (ICP) within a matter of days and via a single one of cost free of monthly premiums.

03/10/2009:

WestCorp opens EU office in Amsterdam, with plans for a further two locations in Brussels and Germany over the next 24 Months.

19/09/2009:

WestCorp UK are pleased to announces the joint venture of the publications of the "Recession Proof Living" and the best ever "Debt e-Book" v3.0 on UK Debt as well as "Beating The UK Debt Machines". These live link e-books operate from our unique interactive weblink Dbase platform. This innovative format refreshes the e-book platform everytime a user opens it and starts the begining of a unique product range of "LIVE LINK - self updating eBooks".

17/08/2009:

WestCorp announces today the aquisition of a major stake in www.domainstoreuk.com (DSUK). This investment will further enhance the growing relationship between the trading partners. DSUK offer state of the art Demographic Domain Websites & Delivery Platforms, their unique delivery platform software systems are targeted at the growing online market based advertisers.

14/07/2009:

WestCorp UK agrees continuance of (GDS) contracts for 2009/10 for hosting connections and the development of demographic website platforms as well as online applications and easy to access platform utilities.

11/05/2009:

WestCorp UK launches a new "White Label" service to select providers. Allowing insurance, mortgage brokers, estate agents and housebuilders to offer Homeowner Equity Protection Plans and associate Insolvency Cover Plans (ICP's) to their existing client base. All product features, compliance issues and administrative packaging will be handled by WestCorps online Demographic Website Platform via our back office facilities.

WestCorp UK agrees terms with Domain Store UK (DSUK) part of Global Domain Stores (GDS), to facilitate and develope in tandem their Demographic Domain Website Platforms to enhance our online product and utility services as well as agreeing to data capture and process all DSUK online client enquiries via the demographic domain platform listings.
