DETAILS:

POSITION:
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, you will be working with our consumer & business development team based in your catchment. Dealing with the B2B market and Consumer Homeowners.
New business development, direct sales experience, with telephone based networking, appointment generation, key account management and database management is central to this position.
This is a self managed role, where you will be required to work closely with the corporate services teams and support the continued development of accruing sales conversions, through results and the identification of new business opportunities.

ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR - Within The Following Office Cathments:

Current Rate - £(6.50)/Hr - 35 Hrs/Wk.
We are currently looking to recruit an accounts administrator. You will be required to stay for the duration of the contract.
You will need to have a solid background in administration i.e. typing letters, specifications, putting quotations together and most importantly the understanding of accounts / financials. You will be involved in and therefore need to have experience of invoicing, fee claims, and once a year accruals.

CORPORATE INSOLVENCY ADMINISTRATORS - Within The Following Office Cathments:
Glasgow.
Basic Salary - £(22k) - £(26k) + Benefits.
WestCorp are now looking to appoint an experienced Insolvency Administrator to our admin department. The company offers a friendly working environment, ongoing development, reward and recognition.
POSITION: You will report to the admin Manager. This post is a specialist role dealing with the administration of a mixture of Corporate and Personal Insolvency cases.
Main Responsibilities:
* Progress case administration, with particular regard to the timely realisation of assets and ensuring cases are closed as soon as practicable. Manage own case workload within agreed timescales and to budget.
* Prepare associated documentation for statutory meetings, e.g. s98, s48, s105, s106.
* Deal with telephone enquiries from Directors, Creditors and other interested parties.
* Deal with retention of title, preferential and unsecured claims with assistance if necessary.
* Identify matters requiring further investigation, including possible transactions at an under value and preferences etc.
* Draft necessary reports to Debenture Holders/Committee/the Creditors and the Court.
* Draft Directors’ disqualification reports.
* Calculate and arrange payment of dividends to all classes of Creditor.
* Prepare and interpret receipts and payments summaries and estimated outcome statements.
* Completion of correct banking and cheque request forms etc in order to ensure that estate monies are handled and dealt with correctly.
* Completion of VAT, Corporate Tax returns & PAYE returns where applicable.
* Assist in preparation of receipts and payments summaries and estimated outcome statements
* Assist in preparation of statements of affairs
IN ADDITION:
• You will preferably be CPI qualified, working towards this or willing to qualify.
• Have excellent time management and organisation skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Good level of numeracy /Ability to interpret accounting information.
• Excellent communication skills including written.
